The house is located in a picturesque village, 40 km away from Varna. Driving from Varna to the village takes no more than 30 min., as the first 30 km are a motorway. The nearest town is Provadiya – 4 km. away. Provadiya is a municipal center (population: 15 000). The soil is fertile and suitable for diverse agricultural activities. The house reveals really beautiful views towards the nearby hills. Once repaired, it will be ideal for recreation and living.
