Village of Altimir is located in North-West Bulgaria. It is part of Byala Slatina Municipality, Vratsa District. Altimir is a sizable village with about 1,500 resident. This is an agricultural area with fertile land. This is also a fishing and hunting area. Near to the village you can go fishing on the rivers Skut, Iskar, Ogosta and Danube. There are some private lakes when you can catch diferent kind of fish. In the village there are shops, a school, a church, a realy nice Bulgarian pub, a petrol station and village-hall. Cable TV and Internet are available in the village. Only for 20 leva a month (about 10 euro) you can have Internet in your house. Just 12 leva a month (about 6 euro) you need to pay if you want to watching cable TV in your home. The village is well connected via road and narrow gauged to regional centre of Vratsa and the town of Oryahovo on River Danube where a ferry to Romania is. Consider about the low price of this immovable property. For this money you can't even buy a good second hand car.
