"Sozopol Dreams" is a complex of holiday homes intended for seasonal use. The front-view design of laying outand clustering of numerous small houses arrangedaround accents that typical for the seaside placessuch as a beacon and sunset light has inspired the name "Sozopol Dreams". The arrangement of the structuresobeys to the sea view. The design is a I-shaped arrangement of varied number of storeys structured around an inside court where rest area, coffee bar and pool will attend to the needs of the residents and will provide pleasant microclimate. The building is divided in two blocks: Block 1 and Block 2. The first block stands on the west area of the estate and is developed on three main floors and on a fourth terrace-shaped floor. The block is functionally divided in two entrances and each entrance is furnished with a lift apart from the staircase. The apartments are of two major types: single-room (of one bedroom) and double-room (of two bedrooms). Apart from the bedrooms each apartment has a hallway, bathroom plus WC, living room with dining area and kitchen unit, self-contained terrace or balcony. Block 2 hosts residential floors and apartments identical to those of Block 1. The number of floors is different. It starts with two floors at the street, three floors towards the far side of the estate and a fourth terrace-like floor for a spatial volumetric connection with the main body of Block 1. The buildings are fully heat insulated, PVC woodwork of wood-like pattern. The estate has its parking area located on a level half underground. The entrance is from the main street via a ramp. All apartments are offered in a finished state: painted walls and ceilings, parquet- and terracotta flooring, furnished bathrooms.
